Dr. Kaplan is a great dentist. My son started going to him when he was 3/4 and needed extensive dental work. The games, balloons, and freebie toy at the end of the visit really helped him to get over the nerves. \r
\r
However, in 4 years of seeing Dr. Kaplan, we were late once. On that visit, the receptionist turned us away, although we had called to say we would be late and we were only 15 minutes late. (Be warned - the office is on a very busy road.) The receptionist was nothing short of nasty when we were late. \r

Although we would positively rate Dr. Kaplan, be warned that the staff can be very unforgiving!
