Review content:
I have brought all three of my children to Dr. D'Anna over the course of 8 years. At each visit, I was always greeted politely and respectfully. The staff is always more then happy to help. As far as Dr. D'Anna, I always felt comfortable that he was leading me in the right direction with the care of my children. He even picked up on problematic situations that my General Dentist should have noticed. Financially, I never had a problem with the office, and when my insurance company was giving me a hard time about payment, the office was patient and helpful in submitting all the right paper work. So, when reading the reviews on Dr. D'Anna, you can imagine my surprise that these comments were about the Dr. and staff that I speak so highly of to friends and family. It's as though we are talking about two completely different people. Granted every patient and situation is different, I would urge prospective patients to make the decision for themselves.
