Review content:
I have been a customer for many, many years and, up until today, had been treated as a valued customer. I will NEVER return to Goodsell's after the ""grandson"" treated me so disrespectfully. It is clear that this family run business is not concerned with losing a long-time customer. I know this to be a fact as the grandson said so. He went on to tell me that his father owns the business which was started by his father. The grandson needs some training in customer relations. I had only been there with a chain saw blade to inquire about its current price so I could see if it was within range of prior blade purchases. The grandson slammed the blade on the counter and was clearly upset that I didn't buy its replacement. When mentioned to another service representative of the incident, that representative, also, was not apologetic and offered no explanation for being treated so rudely and disrepectfully. Although I'm a retired person watching expenses, anyone inquiring and not necessarily buying, should be treated respectfully and courteously. Shame on them! Cons: Family-run business lacks respect for customers.
