After using Evergreen for more than one year - it was time for a change. Their service is not the best. They do not treat crab grass which is very common in Florida, other common lawn problems usually do not go away - some are controlled and remain dormant for a short period of time. If an area develops a serious problem, they don't conduct follow ups unless a customer requests one (even though they are the experts).\r

The biggest problem with this company is management or lack there of. \r

They are very unprofessional, unwilling to handle customer issues/needs. They admit that they do not get all messages left on their answering machine and that it is the customers responsibility to always follow up.\r

Need lawn treatment service, I highly recommend HERRON. They are extremely professional, reasonability priced, full service provider and they always follow up.
