I just ordered shutters from Brian at Budget Blinds. I wasn't sure what I wanted, and he was really helpful to tell me all the pros and cons about each kind of blind. Everyone else that I talked to seemed to already know what they thought I should buy, even before talking to me! I liked that Brian helped me to understand what to expect from each product. And I LOVE my shutters!
