TJ and Jim were very friendly. Jim looked under the hood as soon as I pulled on their driveway. This unusual sound from under the hood worried me as it just happened. TJ and Jim took care of my car efficiently. They also clearly explained what was wrong and how they planed to fix it. They are both very pleasant and I felt that my car was in good hands. I got my car back the day after and it seems to work fine again. Thank you!
