My technician ( Albert ) in phx was very courteous and on time He was professional and neat, He cleaned up the area he worked in and put everything back in its place. He took the time to explain all the steps he took to fix my problem. I'm leary of allowing someone i don't know in my hquse, but just meeting ALBERT and speaking to him i knew i could trust. He is very likeable and i will request for him if i have a problem in the future. Way to go MR. ELECTRIC for hiring employees like ALBERT.
