Service Technician Allen Suetos arrived ahead of the scheduled time to inspect and service my air conditioner. He asked what problems we had and began his inspection, explaining what he was doing as he proceeded. His inspection was exceedingly thorough and, when he was done with the inspection, explained what repairs needed to be performed and how much it would cost to complete the repairs. At my approval of his recommendations, he completed the repairs promptly. Allen was completely professional in all aspects of the inspection and repair and always used shoe coverings when inside my house. At the completion of his work, he asked if I had any other questions and answered all that I had. Thanks Allen Suetos. You did a great job, and I will definitely renew my membership in Gilmore's Emperor Service Club
