We are very satisfied with the work done on our shower faucet. The plumber was neatly dressed and did a neat, clean job. He was pleasant, and explained what he was doing completely. The only downside to this experience was the hard sell on the yearly plumbing contract. Although we expected this to be a costly job, to us, the price was a bit steep. The price we were quoted for the "contract" customers was closer to what we were expecting to pay. However, we were anxious to get the work done, and we are glad that we did.
