I am so pleased to write a review for Ayla and Wayne! Ichiban was always my go to spot for sushi because of one sushi chef who used to work here. I stopped going when she left, but I decided to come back to introduce a friend from out of town to the all-you-can-eat experience. I am so glad I chose to go back to Ichiban! Wayne is now my favorite sushi chef in Reno. He is very attentive and speedy, even making custom orders for us (which is great for us with allergies to gluten and shellfish). My friend and I were very impressed. Ayla was a fantastic waitress, she really rounded out our whole experience and made us feel at home. By the end of the meal we were all laughing and taking pictures together. I'm so so so glad to have given my friend such a healthy dose of Reno hospitality at Ichiban.
