I waited for an entire 10 minutes before the staff looked up to acknowledge my arrival for my appointment for my cat-- They were too busy gossiping and twirling their hair behind the desk.\r

The staff dynamic seemed so incredibly toxic as their demeanors only emitted immaturity and incompetency.\r
\r
To make it worse, I later found out one of them was the actual manager.\r
\r
I was appalled by the lack of professional courtesy, consideration and overall quality of staff-- everyone from the manager to the technitions demonstrated poor quality care.\r

The doctor did not have the patience to answer all the questions I had and seemed pressed to get to the next appointment.\r
\r
I would NEVER return or recommend this place to anyone who cares for there pets as much as I do. Save yourself the time and money and find a better pet hospital that will actually provide quality customer support.
