Tom was so professional and friendly as he performed the annual maintenance and inspection of all plumbing related fixtures and pipes throughout my house. He answered my questions and concerns without the drama of trying to sell me something I really didn't need. One thing he did that truly sets him apart from ALL other plumbers. He took on my challenge when he said the drain plug in the master bath sink doesn't work. I told him it hasn't worked since I moved in the house 20 years ago. He said I can fix it. I smiled and said good luck, none of the other plumbers in my annual inspection even cared about it. A few minutes later, he says it's fixed. What? It just made me smile. Whenever I pull that drain plug in the master bath sink, I smile to myself. One of the toilets mysteriously ran on its own every now and then ... he fixed it with parts from a toilet repair kit I forgot I had left under the sink. There's more but you should join the BAM membership and ask for Tom and find out for yourself how thorough his inspection is. You will be very happy with his work.
