Technician arrived and diagnosed problem immediately. He had the part with him and I had air conditioning again on a hot summer day. The only negative was scheduling. It was summer, very hot and I'm sure they were very busy. I called Wednesday AM and they couldn't come until Friday at 4 PM.. The heat index was 105+ everyday with inside temp 95 day. Medical issues are an issue with no ac.
