AVOID CPR AT ALL COSTS! Blatant Theivery. I took CPR my iphone 6 that had suffered water damage. They charge an upfront diagnostic fee of $55 that can be put toward the final bill. After two days they called and said the charge would be $112 including the $55 and my phone was ready. Upon arriving, to get my phone back the total bill was closer to $200. I should have checked the phone???when I got home it was completely inoperative and I had to take it back the next day. They told me they???d have it ready in an hour but never called back. When I picked it up today???the icons all showed and they said it was ???tested??? OK. I made a call after I left and discovered that the phone wasn???t functional???you could dial out but couldn???t hear the dialtone or the other person (how did that failure pass the ???testing??? phase?). Then the phone started flashing the black and white Apple screen and couldn???t be used. I took it back and they said it wasn???t their problem and they refused to refund any of the $200. A reputable company would have run the diagnostics for $55 and then said they couldn???t solve the problem. Who knows if the parts they installed are new or used are how ridiculously marked up they are. When I finally left, they were actually denying that the case they took off 10 minutes prior in the back room was there. At least I got the case back. AVOID CPR AT ALL COSTS!
