The actual installation of my new countertop went perfectly. Robert was very professional, fast and didn't leave a mess. I would say the same for the man who came out to measure. Unfortunately, I've forgotten his name. Improvements that could be made by this company: 1. It certainly would have been better if they could have given me less than a "5 hour window" for the install. I waited from noon until the installer's arrival at 4:45 PM. 2. My salesman, Alex, told me that I'd have the opportunity to see the templet on the piece of quartz I had chosen prior to the install. He said the quartz would be cleaned and the templet would be on the quartz so that I could see exactly what I had chosen. He also said I would be able to change my choice of quartz if I needed to do so. When I arrived for this "preview", the quartz was outside of the dimly lit building, it was not cleaned and the templet was not there. A man named Art told me that "Alex has been here long enough to know that we don't do what Alex had said." Thankfully, I was happy with quartz I had chosen and don't know what would have happened if I had not been happy with it. I would "probably" use this company in the future but would now know not to believe their sales "pitch".
