The overall visit met my expectations pretty perfectly. We needed to have a gas range installed - and of course the house was done incorrectly and the appliance individuals would not do the install. Given the hectic pace, we opted to call Superior to try and get it done. On the phone they were quite friendly and gave me an estimated day of the next day. When they came out, the tech was very nice and explained everything that he saw as he came across it. Had no issue with me looking over (as this is a newer house I wanted to understand what was wrong beyond the obvious, and what we could look into fixing up at a later date). Unfortunately he pointed out a little more than I expected and as such would need more work done than anticipated. But ever prepared, they were ready and able to go ahead and do the full job that day. They then went above and beyond in helping me get everything where I needed to through guidance. Overall - I was very happy with house everything worked out.
