I took my child into get her glasses. We were barely serviced AT ALL....the guy at the desk tossed a box with a number of possible frames in it on the counter and walked away while we looked through it. When we ordered, we were told it would take 8-12 WEEKS to get her glasses in. They told me to call and check. They don't call us....so, I asked, "am I to call daily from 8-12 weeks?" And was told "if you like". 3 months later, my daughter got glasses that didn't look like the frames we ordered. Nothing went well and I was completely unhappy with their lack of service.
