My son recently purchased his engagement ring on-line. Right after giving it to his girlfriend some of the side diamonds came out. He contacted the place he purchased it on-line to send it back for service and they would not stand behind the ring since it was past 30 days. When he called me to tell me what had happened I told him when he comes back to Springfield I will take him over to my jeweler. We went over to see Barry and show him the ring. Barry took the time to examine the ring and to show my son under his scope what caused the problem. He explained what would be done to repair the problem and gave him an estimate to do the job. My son said the ring looked better after Barry repaired it then when he got it from the original jeweler on-line. Barry not only took the time to help my son with his situation he never once made him feel bad for not coming to him for the ring. My son and his fiance have gone back to Barry to make there wedding bands. My son said to me I will ne
