I LOVE BARRY JAY!!! He is the most honest person. You never feel pressured or uncomfortable when you are there! He is the nicest, most down to earth man-which is a nice feeling to get when you are handing someone your favorite piece of (broken) jewelery! He and his staff (who are all amazing by the way) take the time to listen to what you are saying. Everyone is so helpful they make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. We have been using Barry for 6 years now and I would never go anywhere else-no matter where I live! I have recommended him a thousand times and everyone I know who has gone there says the same things- they all LOVE Barry! His custom work is a thing of beauty and his pride shows in every piece. He ensures that you love what you are purchasing just as much as he does! Please go in and see for yourself! I just can't say enough about this wonderful neighborhood store with its personal, get to know you feel.
