Barry Jay (the store's owner) runs the store personally and takes care of all the repairs. His work is amazing and his personal touch with his customers keeps them coming back again and again! Everything is done on the premises and the quality of his work comes highly recommended. Everyone in Springfield who knows comes to Barry Jay Jewelers and is treated like family. Just ask his mother (who works there), or his father (the watchmaker for the store), or the very friendly staff who always have a smile on their faces. I've bought many items there and will continue for years to come! A definite 5-star business!
