Review content:
I was charged $2,200 for four leaks, rotted fascia board and a soft spot on the flat part of the roof. ?He made four visits and smeared tar around on my roof trying to stop the leaks before he stopped coming. The last two visits were the results of may calls and broken promises to come out. Five months later I am taking bids from other roofers to fix three leaks and the soft spot on the flat roof. ? The man was abrupt and dismissive when I tried to tell him where the leaks were and that he was fixing a leak/soft spot that did not exist. ? He wanted me to pay his son $100 to cut my grass and pay him $200 to put a piece of drywall over a hole in the ceiling where the ceiling collapsed onto the sofa. ?When I complained to Mason Fleming, the owner, I was told that when a man paid another man $100 to cut his grass and the customer was not satisfied, it was the customer's problem because the grass could not be put back. ?I am checking into hiring a lawyer and also charging him with a felony to the elderly under a locale law created because so many contractors are taking advantage of us old people.
