Review content:
We called because the button on our ice maker kept sticking. The tech came out and "fixed" the issue, and made a laundry list of other items that needed fixed. We figured we would get it all done so our fridge would be like new. A week later, the button on the ice maker stuck again, and this time it blew the circuit board (another $300 fix). I called and they tech out and he said it was an unrelated problem, and proceeded to charge me another service fee. When I got the bill, I was furious, and called the manager who agreed to credit my account. Six weeks later I called back and he told me he had agreed to no such thing, and that I needed to pay the bill. We went back and forth and after basically telling me I was lying he agreed again to credit the account. Very dishonest.
