I bought a Groupon for 159.00 for Eco cleaning service for entire house. They arrived on time but took only 37 min. To clean 2400 square feet. The there were large dirt spots left all over the carpets which were not cleaned. I called the office to lodge a complaint but they would not answer the phone. When the carpet dried all of the dirt trail marks throughout the house were still there and you could not tell it had been cleaned at all. the worse part is they to this day have not answered the phone or returned my calls. Do not use this service unless you want to waste your money. They boast of the Rotovac 360 machine. I went on youtube to see the cleaning of another service with the same machine they did an amazing job on that carpet so I ordered the Eco service from Groupon. Big mistake. They should have at the least returned my phone call to find out what had happened, But instead they dodged their responsibility as a service once they were paid.
