Bill L. Skilled, competent, thoughtful and thorough. Very easy interaction. Appears to know and have a good understanding the technical and operational side of our new system. Addressed repeated issues with iComfort thermostat and made adjustments to settings, software, etc. including rewiring between thermostat and server. System does not appear to have the ability to actually run at temperatures we set, desire, and/or understand that we feel like humidity at 55% is too high for our comfort. We think this is problem with the design of the Lennox Platinum system, and technical side of the interface with the iComfort thermostat and not the technician. Bill is welcome back any time to continue to help us resolve these issues. They don't appear to be going away. In general, it doesn't matter what the HVAC principles are, or the efforts being made to conserve energy if we are not comfortable in our home and are constantly adjusting the thermostat throughout the day to prevent being cold and clammy or hot and sweaty. Bel-Aire and their service department have been responsive and professional. The equipment, according the technicians is performing as it should, just not the way that makes it comfortable for us to be in our own home.
