Review content:
Two separate visits by two different plumbers from this company. Both misdiagnosed the problem, cut my wall upstairs and opened up a spot in the ceiling unnecessarily. They said it was a roofing problem without thinking it through logically. So here I am with a bucket under my ceiling pipe and not feeling confident for them to come do the job. What's the point of paying for a diagnosis when they don't have the capacity to diagnose it correctly! Now I have to pay for lots of ceiling patching too!
