I believe this is all these guys do - no oil changes or batteries. All day they pull on and off the lowest price tires that you can find anywhere. I knew about them but only went there after my Goodyear shop did not have the Triple Treds I wanted years ago. I'd be surprised if other retailers didn't run there to get tires in a pinch. I'd be embarrassed that an independent out stocked me in my own national brand. The modest shop hides the huge inventory that covers all the popular brands. Leave the wife and kids at home - this is man turf, no frills, no plush waiting room with Good Housekeeping mags... but with no notice, the day before the blizzard of Jan 2005, they slapped four Goodyear Triple Treds on my Bonneville and saved the day as I plowed through deep snow in Philly later that weekend.\r \r I remember the guy doing the actual tire changing is griping about all the "Last Minute Louies" that filled up the place, hats in hand the day before the storm.
