ASAP installed 3 garage door openers in our new house in 2007. In Sept 2011 we had problems with Door #1. We had a service call, the Limit Switch was reconnected and all 3 doors were checked, lubricated and adjusted. cost: $86.00 Six months later door #2 broke and needed the springs replaced again all 3 doors were checked, lubricated and adjusted cost $194.00. 4 months later door #1 was broken again. This time it's $409 to replace the whole unit AND now our outside keypad and remotes aren't compatible..\r I called the office and the first person that answered the phone told me it was because they recommended I have the limit switch replaced, which was not true, so they went to pull the original invoice and told me to call back. Then I spoke to the owner and asked for some type of discount considering they installed the openers and serviced them twice. He informed me I was lucky he wasn't charging me for overtime since it was now 5:00.....nice place. Call someone else if you can.
