Unfortunately this is my second time using metro pest for extermination of bed bugs, and the only reason is because this is the only company my cheap apartment building will pay for. The service was poorly done and when I called to find if the treatment had been done properly, I was treated like garbage. I was spoken to in a tone that was totally unprofessional and I was disgusted. If you ever speak to Valerie (she would not give me her last name) please be prepared to be treated as if you do not deserve respect and be prepared to receive the run around. You would think they would have a little more empathy for someone going through a horrendous process.
