Review content:
We were told our technician would be coming between 4 and 6 pm. When I called the office to check on his arrival time, I was told by the young woman that answered the phone that it was still a few minutes before 6 pm. The tech finally arrived at 6:30 pm. What good is scheduling a time for service when no one pays attention to it? I was well aware of what time it was when I called.
