Came home late Sunday, 7/03 to a warm house. I figured I wasn't going to have much luck getting it fixed anytime soon. I found Abacus on an internet search. I filled out the service request form around 11pm and figured I wouldn't hear anything until Tuesday since the next day was Independence Day. To my surprise I got a call back in about 5 minutes! An appointment was set for the next day with no ominous warning of additional charges for coming out on a holiday. The technician called an hour ahead, showed up on time and had cold air blowing again in no time at all! Everyone at Abacus was very friendly and professional. I will not be calling anyone else for my residential MEP needs. Thank you very much for your help!
