I've received a few pieces from Roger's, including my wedding set. The quality of their diamonds is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful without being pushy, which is a huge plus for me. Even if I intended on buying something in your store, if you're pushy, I'll leave. Roger's seems to have found the balance between helpful and annoying.
They have one of the best warranties around for their jewelry. We bought my husbands ring through DeVon's and his warranty is terrible compared to mine.
