Review content:
The Sunshine Corp is more like a #slumlord. They refuse to work with you regarding rent, and won't do a courtesy of waiving their 10% late fee, due to a job division transfer, causing my pay period to change to 9/9/16 two days after the 7th. Also, you can't pay rent at the apt. leasing office like normal, you're forced to either mail or stop by their Corp office to pay rent. Such a Major inconvenience. Tenants don't come first, nor does customer service satisfaction. BEWARE ANY COMPLEX THAT is under THE Sunshine "Slum lord" Corp. Don't get me wrong I like where I am, just not the company handling the business.
