Tony, we appreciated your professional knowledge and skill in handling multiple plumbing issues in our house and downstairs apartment. We appreciated your honesty shown in charging less than bid due to less work needing to be done. Thank you. Likewise in your second visit, although you assessed our situation, you were not able to help us and did not charge us for your time. (We needed to call an appliance repair person in this case.) Thanks again. We will ask for you by name if we have plumbing needs in the future.
