I am so thankful that I heard about Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical. They are really so helpful. First off, they responded to me quickly. Right off the bat I felt valued and appreciated. I could tell right away that they really wanted to help me. The technician we had, Alan, really went above and way beyond my expectations. He was so knowledgeable and really took the time to make sure I understood what was going on. Some technicians never even say a word and your left wondering. Not Abacus! Alan was extremely helpful. He was even offering recommendations on other things we should keep in mind. He passed along advice on what we needed and didn't need, and when we may need them; as well as the best value for that situation. Some were quick easy fixes we could do on our own for a much lower cost. Most techs would try to sell ya on it - or even do the repair then bill it. That's when I knew Abicus was different. I realized how much they wanted to truly help people rather than just to earn a buck. I originally called for an electric repair. However, after the great experience I had with them, I actually bought a membership. I wasn't planning on it but the service I received convinced me. Plus, they are professionals in so many areas of repair - it would be crazy not to. Over all - they are simply the best! The only one's I will use, and the only one's I would recommend. 5 out of 5 stars!
