why cant I see the reviews of what problems people wrote about.. when I click on the review it doesn't show it.. only write a review so that's what im doing now..my experience with the front desk staff was bad from the get go.. something going on with the front staff and the back staff. I got caught in the middle of it. I want to see if what happen to me maybe the same thing happen to the other bad reviews..
