Review content:
This service call was free as part of a membership which cost $99 for the year. Phil provided the following: water heater drain and flush, total house plumbing evaluation on newly purchased home. Phil was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I could understand. The water heater had not been drained and flushed in quite a while and Phil explained what type of considerable mineral deposits had accumulated and what problematic minerals were not present which was very reassuring. He also explained why it's important to do the water heater flush yearly. He went through each plumbing fixture and I followed him around and enjoyed learning about each because he was such a great communicator, both affable and knowledgeable, and quite rare in my experience with many plumbers.
