Farid was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what he was doing throughout the service call and answered our questions promptly. After fixing what appeared to be the problem the AC was still not performing 100% so Farid continued to search out the problem and checked the entire system, finding a blockage in the blower housing. After this effort the AC worked better than anytime since we had it installed 4 years ago. Farid's desire to ensure the repair was correct and that the customer was satisfied is very much appreciated.
