Dana is a very professional and tactful hygienist. She was thorough but with a gentle hand in completing my latest scaling. She provided clear instructions, suggestions went at a pace appropriate for me as an anxious patient.
The front staff are a pleasant, smiling and helpful pair of ladies who greet patients making them feel welcome, assist with billing and know how to be the first contacts for patients entering the office for what could be a stressful experience.
The whole staff greet patients they see in the waiting room with smiles and provide a warm atmosphere. Because of the totality of the office experience and Dr Childs work, for the first time in many years I will become a regular dental patient.
