Review content:
This place caters to homeless people...they come from places like the fountain square inn and are basically vagabonds. The owner is a guy just trying to make a living but the riff raff he is allowing to come and go there makes the place very undesirable. I have personal experience since I know of several people that come there with no money and promise to pay their bill when they get their disability check or welfare check and who have cheated other motels such as the fountain square inn or the High Point Country Inn specifically a chronic runaway by the name of Arnold Smith who has set up shop in both of these places and then bolted on the bill....beware!!!!!
