I was pretty certain that my chainsaw was beyond repair, but perhaps the "Professionals" might see something I did not. They charged $30 just to look at the saw. They threw away my spark plug claiming it had been fowled, but I had tested it on another saw prior. They claimed my coil was bad, but I tested that prior as well and found it was good. I gave them a saw completely assembled, and they gave me a incomplete box of parts. I have NEVER had something repaired returned like that, regardless if it could or could not be repaired. When inquired about the return of my spark plug, they claimed they did not owe me one. They really showed their true character here. I also question their qualifications given their diagnosis of the saw. A friend told me not to take it there, as he had a bad experience as well. I found that they were highly unprofessional in their decisions, and I would not recommend them to anyone.?
