Review content:
Tech checked A/C and found it low on freon. He stated that the A/C & furnace were both
26 yr's old and that they should be replaced.He charged unit with 2.5 lbs of Freon which would allow it to run until it was replaced !!!! He stated that most of the cost of the Freon would be deducted from the price of a new furnace & a/c. When I mentioned that to your salesman who gave me a price on new units he said that was not true!!! As the cost of the Freon was $ 250.00 he agreed to refund a much lesser amount. Obviously I was not happy with this arrangement. The A/C did run better after it was serviced.
