Matise Orton was my service advisor at Strong Audi. The service took a little longer than we both expected but she would come up to the waiting area every 30 minutes and keep me informed. In all fairness since this was a ""new car"" to me I did ask them to check out the vehicle while it was at the dealer. The mechanics did find out that the battery was defective and replaced it all under factory warranty. When you have your car serviced at Audi ask for Matise Orton-you won't be disappointed. \r
