I was greeted as I arrived at the frond door by Jacen Peterson. He was so fun and engaging immediately. My Audi A4 convertible which I loved and had owned for 10 years was appraised and then we walked around looking at inventory which I might like. We then took a long test drive and I liked all the new features and safety pluses. Jacen was very relaxed and let me go where and how I wanted to drive. I then choose an allroad and the color and took it home for the night to show off!!!\r
The next morning jacen had all the paper work ready to approve. The signing documents went so smoothly I didn't even get a stomach which I always do. We then went out to my new car and Jacen Peterson and Fredman Teixeira spent the morning teaching me all that my new car could and would do. Hands on which I needed and loved. \r
I don't use many of the fun things my A4 would do so they were determined to make me comfortable with everything my new allroad had. \r
I have been in to get plates etc and love seeing my new friends Jacen and Fredman. I will go back for guest ions after a time of driving and using EVERYTHING they showed me. \r
Metesse has always been the best to take care of any service/ questions over the years. \r
