Businiess name:  Boyer Hill Military Housing

Review content:
Boyer gets a bad rap, but I have to say we lived in the newer housing and didn't mind the living conditions. Yes, I would say that some components of our house were cheaply made, but you have to consider the turnaround they have on these houses. We never wore shoes in our home so our carpet wasn't matted or stained and we didn't have pets. We kept a clean house and tended to our yard. If you have any issues with the house whether they are serious like a leaking dishwasher or small issue like a dent that came from a darn neighbor kid ramming into your garage door, report it and get in on file and fixed. Otherwise you will be paying for that. Over the 4 plus years we've stayed on base we believe the house met our needs, but the lack of privacy you get from sharing a small outdoor space with neighbors got old fast. Especially when neighbors don't keep up their yards and don't supervise their rambunctious children that leave a mess everywhere or won't leave your doorbell alone... If you're considering Boyer, just be mindful its exactly like apartment or townhome living. You don't pay a deposit, so keep up with your home and you'll be just fine. We didn't pay anything back and had a rather pleasant experience.
