I recently changed jobs and drive in to 864 E Main St Henderson TN, Fast Stop #12. I was looking for a gas station to start buying my coffee/gas from that was on the way. I stopped on Saturday, 8/13/16 afternoon at this gas station to get some gas and also coffee with my own cup. I ask is there any additional charges for that even though with my own cup and she rolls her eyes and said yes with an attitude. The clerk was so snobby and was disinterested. I tried my luck by asking her one more time thinking she might have a bad day. But nope, she was just as snobby and rude as the first time. I addressed her attitude reminded her that she was at work and i was a customer and informed her that she had the wrong attitude to be in customer service. She told me to .....to get my damn coffee somewhere else since I said she had the wrong attitude to be a customer service. I ask for her name and managers name. I only managed to get the clerk name .... She refused to give her managers name and number so I told her I will lodge a complain on her. She just rolls her eyes and said ..... for complaining about it. I walked out purchasing nothing except filling up my vehicle with gas. Fast Stop #12 You just lost a potential new customer due to a rude employee. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
