Although my review is delayed, I am most pleased thus far on service from Acculevel.
First of all, the installers Rubin and Robert arrived on time, which meant they had to leave their home quite early in the morning to travel. They were both polite, professional, helpful, and courteous, and I felt very comfortable with them in my humble home.
It has been several weeks now since the installation of the Geo Channel. We have been without rain for weeks now and the ground was very dry, but now after the third straight day of rain the cellar remains dry except for a few damp areas.
Also where ground water once entered, the interior cellar stairwell block wall is also dry, to which a plastic vapor barrier was placed on this exterior wall.
I will continue to monitor the results of the Geo Channel. The upcoming Winter snows and Spring rains will be the big test. But thus far it has been a good decision working with Acculevel.
