I called 4 other companies who could not come to my home for two days. Abacus said no problem, we can be there between noon and three. The rep was very friendly and professional. I received a call from a dispatch rep saying he could send a tech even sooner which made me extremely happy. The dispatch rep called again to let me know the tech was in traffic and would be here shortly. Staying in touch showed me they care about their customers. When the tech arrived, he wasted no time in looking at the unit and identifying the problem. He went over the issue with me and completed the repairs in a timely matter. I was impressed with his knowledge, appearance and pleasant personality. He is the kind of person I enjoy dealing with when I have homeowner issues. My house is nice and cool and I owe it all to ABACUS !!!
