staff is unhelpful.. treat you very disrespectful and dont have time to help you make a appt. all i wanted to know was do i hav liberty insurance still.. all the girl had to do was look in my file. she breathed heavy on the phone like you are borthing me and then told me to call liberty next week on monday to find out...i ask her to look in my file to tell me wen the plan was purchased..(i am disabled poor memory }. i was in a car accident and needed help now not next week. i cracked some teeth in car accident and need help now not next week. so sad to be treated like that by there staff.. when i purchased the plan in the beginning i didnt like how i felt either... didnt like the staff that works in the front desk area.
i need a new dentist now cos i cant go there dont trust them. if they allow there patients to be treated like this then there not good..
