I took my 1-year-old lab puppy there last week because I was afraid she had eaten something toxic like antifreeze. She was having tremors and had a high fever. This clinic charged me $80 just to walk through the door, took her temperature, but did not examine her fully physically. They pushed my husband and I out into the waiting room and then the doctor would come out now and then saying he didn't know what was wrong with her, but he could try a variety of treatments. He did not say what those treatments would be nor did he give a quote of how much they would cost. At the end of her visit, he still did not know what was wrong with her (I suspect now a urinary tract infection and she had shaking chills because of fever), did not check her urine, but did give her medicine to make her throw up. He evidently did an x-ray of her abdomen before making her throw up and it ended up just being kibble. When the bill came, it was over $300. They had charged me $130 for the x-ray (humans
