I was very impessed with the speed of response to a phone cll for assistance in fixing one of our appliances here at home (our dryer didn't work). The repairman called right before he came and arrived sooner than expected. He took the dryer apart and found the problem within minutes, fixed it, and told us what we could do ourselves if this were to happen again. We weren't charged a fortune for the repair, and he was very honest about the problem We will definitely use Greene Appliance in the future.
PROS: Fast response time, honest and reliable
CONS: They are located a long ways from our house.
